chapter books...

we've entered the world of chapter books...

it's so amazing to see leo's interest...

his ability to follow along from one day to the next... from chapter to chapter...

his excitement... his understanding...

now to find some good ones...

what chapter books are you reading?

  1. I love the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder and Anne of Green Gables. Rylie has an awesome copy of Alice in Wonderland with beautiful illustrations. Here is is: http://www.amazon.com/Alice-Wonderland-Lewis-Carroll/dp/0698400526/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1370617067&sr=1-1&keywords=alice+in+wonderland+lisbeth+zwerger

  2. My girls loved Narnia and The Wizard of Oz. I've been reading them chapter books at bedtime for 5 years now. We've done Stuart Little and Alice in Wonderland too. Peter Pan, Mary Poppins, Pippi Longstockings, and Doctor DoLittle. We're currently doing Nancy Drew.

  6. It's great to see Leo's growing interest in chapter books! His excitement and understanding from one chapter to the next is inspiring. Just as he navigates through stories, he could have fun with the slope game, honing his skills expertly.

  7. It's fantastic to hear about Leo's excitement for chapter books! Engaging stories can really nurture a child's imagination. If you're looking for recommendations, consider exploring titles like "Charlotte's Web" or the "Magic Tree House" series. Also, if you want a fun and interactive experience, check out the game Monkey Mart—it's a great way to blend learning with entertainment! What other chapter books have you found enjoyable for kids?
